Carriage House Suites

The Carriage house is comprised of a total of 4 unique and whimsical rooms. Dating back to the early 19th century, this structure has created many Santa Cruz memories.  The 2 Bedroom suite starts the journey and features a king, two twins and a queen sofa sleeper. It has a dining room and two bathrooms and a tub. As you walk through the large kitchen, open the French doors and find our Outdoor Special Event center, complete with exotic foliage and Old fashioned Barbeque. 

Flanking our largest suite we have two smaller one bedroom suites with either a King/Queen and a single or a full sofa bed. Both offer smaller gas fireplaces and showers. The King room has a full kitchen and a bathtub.

Upstairs is our “Presidential” Suite. It has a California King Bed, Private balcony overlooking a tranquil garden laced with dozens of species of plants and Citrus Trees. Spectacular ocean views from the deck and all windows. It has a Wet bar, a large Kitchen, a Gas Fireplace and a Jacuzzi bathtub. All rooms come with microwaves & refrigerators.

The guest house is comprised of two 1-bedroom suites with either a King or Queen Iron/Brass bed; one has a single sofa, the other a double sofa. Both have full kitchens and come with tub/showers. One of the suites has a private balcony overlooking the Carriage house courtyard and Barbeque. This quaint "Guest House" is very private at the back of property.
